Hi. I know it’s Early but we didn’t do any trips this summer and I would like to go to Niagara on chol hammode . How do I find out about a sukkah? And a minyan? Thank you !

There’s a Chabad right there that has a sukkah and frequent informal minyanim. They also sell pizza.
