I never ever used to sweat. not a drop. I would go some days without deodorant in colder weather and would be fine. Maybe its my age (41) or maybe the clothes these days are not breathable like they used to be but I find I sweat almost every day. I must shower daily (something I used to get away without) AND wash every single item shirt undergarments after each use. I know this sounds gross for some people. But I am sure I am not the only one that could get away with a couple days same bra and shirt. But not anymore. What happened -is it age or clothing? And why is this happening? Do people have pads for under the arm so as to protect the clothing? What do you do?

My body temperature changed when my thyroid went sluggish. It took a while after the change for it to come up on my blood test.
