Bilirubin is to do with jaundice, which is the common cause for many bris delays, so wouldn't be connected only to babies in the nicu.

My kids called my baby Mr. NoName. It was hysterical to hear my toddler saying "Mr. NoName is crying" and other comments like that.

We were told to give our baby a name before his bris (which was at 14 weeks) so we could daven for his development and health. We named him at ~2 weeks in shul, like for a girl.
