I want a dvd that has a good ab workout, and is geared toward beginners (no point in doing a dvd if I can't do half the exercises or keep up).
Any suggestions?

TIA.

I have a beginners Pilates disc from Leslie Sansone, but it's only a 20-minute wourkout and you can "graduate" from it in a few workouts.

Maybe you can get it from your library, and then once you can do it all easily, buy a more advanced one which you'll have more use out of.

I did research before I bought one and everyone said Winsor pilates are the best. I had a few different sets because I kept rotating as not to get my body used to it and they were all great. Google it.
