There are a lot of flashy, highly food colored prize looking junk food made in china. The companies are too embarrassed to put the made in china label so they put in small lettering Made in PRC (peoples republic of china). This is not a few instances but most flashy looking candy. I know everything is made in china but there are plenty of other food choices I can only imagine the poor quality of their safety checks with food.

How do the hechsherim work? There's an onsite mashgiach in China? I know there as plenty of frum Jews who travel there for business but I'm just curious how it works.
