Simple mills brownies

This is my kind of food. Thanks for taking the time to type it up with the recipes/ingredients.

Can you please share your farfel recipe with me? I can't seem to get it to taste right— it is always too soggy...

I use a formula of something green must be seen to make my meals healthier ie:
Gefilte /slaw
Zucchini soup
Baked chicken broccoli mashed potatoes
In other words there is a vegetable in every course.
And I never make kugel.

Here's my menu:

Fish
Precooked vacuum pack beets (sliced and dress with evoo and salt)
Chicken and potatoes for main
Loubiya (black eyed pea stew)
Apples n honey
Tzimmes (cook carrots cut thin and raisins in honey and salt)
Cabbage noodles
Store bough challah and dessert
