If you already had an interview and they said no they don’t think you are a fit for the school unfortunately. Most ppl don’t even get interviews they only interview if they thought you might be a fit. You should probably look into other options

But they gave tonz of interviews I think they were only accepting people with pull.

They really didn’t. And most of the interviews are that the person has a high chance of getting in.

They don’t call your references they call their own people who might know you.

Not random. Most applicants do not get interviews. They had very little slots
