Kiruv boss badmouths people he pretends to like

Op, I am so sorry. I work in kiruv too and reccently I had to work alongside someone who I just found to be a really difficult, unpleasant personality. (for example, yelling at kids or adults)

He also had a very charming side and did lots of good things. And, we live in a crazily remote place with a small Jewish community, its not easy to live here, but this couple picked up their family and came here.

People are complex. I am not so organised and not very socially aware, I am sure there are people out there who are very insulted that I didn't text or call them about something, or did some social faux pas without realising.

It's not Chabad, why in the world would you think Chabad deals with something that's halachikly questionable?
And yes I'm Chabad and the daughter and sister of rabbis. They don't do this kind of kiruv.
