Just wanted to chime in, if you are trying abx to see if symptoms her better, it needs to be like than 14 days. It can sometimes take 6-8 weeks to see improvement.
My kid had / has PANS (mostly recovered bh!) for a few years. It was a drawn-out living real life nightmare. Sleep was a MAJOR issue.
Another way to as if it's pandas /pans/ae, is to give motrin round the clock for 3 days and see how she is doing (it's safe).
Could there be mold in her room? Or in your house or her school/classroom? When did this start?
