For those who didn't write housing- pls sharedo you have a cheap mortgage? Bought a house for cash or very cheap??

We bH have a big house, and really nice. We recently had a big extension so have quite a lot of interest free debt to pay down, which we do the minimum amount monthly. We bought our house for very cheap, we bH have a relatively cheap mortgage. Not easy to pay it still but if we wouldn't have tuition to pay as well, it'll be a LOT easier.

We have big boys (and other kids) , and their tuition is very very expensive.

UK here, so little, to no medical expenses Wink

Simchos. So unnecessary. So much waste.

For me I don't understand that because they're one off amounts where as mortgage and tuition are monthly, and seem to come around way too fast!

I'm in Israel, so I would choose housing.

Medical expenses and tuition are very little in Israel, but I can't even afford to buy an apartment in the city I've been living in for many years.

My mortgage is cheap. Bought when prices were low, BH. Cheaper than tuition for even 1 kid, about the same as groceries, sometimes less than groceries.

Wow this is interesting...
So I think I'm learning it's a trade off
My house is so so expensive and we had to buy it or move to another neighborhood bc my landlord decided to suddenly sell
But ..on the other hand I guess the school had mercy and we barely pay tuition bh

Medical expenses hands down. Insurance costs an arm and a leg, sometimes literally. Ugh.

I’ll be greedy.
Can I add taxes too? These ganavim.

therapy for sure

I scrape together the once a week fee but really need twice

and having that once a week paid would allow me to use that money for alternative body based therapies as adjunct to my emdr and maybe group therapy

Then healthcare. Because insurance is high, and I'm assuming every doctor is on the "magically eliminate this expense" plan.
