Always had a marble rolling pin which recently broke (handle, not marble part)
Should I be a stickler to get a marble one again, or is wood just as good?
What are your experiences?
TIA

they really are different. the marble one is heavier and also stays colder, probably doesnt stick as much. but lots of ppl use the wooden one. its definitly cheaper.

I have a wooden one which I hardly use, but wouldn't it be easier to keep a marble one clean and sterile? (not carry germs deep in the wood?)
