What can I make with mushrooms that doesn't involve frying?

Any particular kind of mushrooms?
I roast mushrooms in the oven. Sometimes I do stuffed portobellos. Mushroom soup. I sometimes cook down into a mushroom sauce for pasta (not fried - very minimal oil). So many options. I never fry them.

I love love mushrooms but hate them fresh. It’s a different taste and texture. Are you specifically after the fresh mushroom taste or you’re just trying to avoid the frying step?

I think they're called button mushrooms, the basic small ones. I have a fresh pack sitting a while that will soon go bad and I have a soup so don't want that either.
Just trying to avoid frying cos I hate the cleanup.

I assumed OP meant sautéed not fried. Just cooking in a frying pan

Roasted veggies. Toss with zucchini, baby carrot, red pepper, red onion, crushed garlic, olive oil, s&p. Spread on cookie sheet and roast at 425.

Make a mushroom barley soup.

Stuffed mushrooms. Mix up breadcrumbs with olive oil, garlic, herbs s&p. Remove mushrooms stems, and fill caps with crumbs. Roast.

Slice, toss with oil and salt & pepper. Cover and bake until "sauteed". Add to salad. Or slice and add raw to salad.

My friend made this great recipe when we ate by her last. She roasted the button mushrooms with a bit of oil and soy sauce and they were delicious. The soy sauce gave them a great flavor.

Mushroom Salad (I use baby bella, but have done with white mushrooms)

Slice mushrooms, toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake covered around 45 minutes.

Fill bowl with greens, thin sliced cucumbers, and grape tomatoes. Top with mushrooms (preferably warm), add honey roasted almonds (I skip because one DD doesn't like).

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
squirt mushrooms
cube frozen garlic
