Magnesium Foot Soak for Kids

Which one do you use?
Do you put it I'm a bucket and they just sit there and soak?
What do they do while they are soaking?

What are the benefits? How much does it absorb in the body. Does it help with constipation just from a foot soak?

In a small basin or pot put 1/2 cup each of Epsom salt and magnesium chloride flakes. You can add a little bit of baking soda and boron as well to help with absorption. Fill with warm water to cover ankles, soak for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week.

My kids like to color, play a single player game, listen to a cd or audiobook while they soak.

There are so many benefits but largely this can open up detox pathways, calm the nervous system, take down inflammation, and yes, get relax muscles including the colon.

Very likely it will help. The one and only time I soaked my feet in Epsom salt I got terrible diarrhea for 12 hours.

can you elaborate on taking down inflammation? Son with pandas. Will it heal eventually? Will cause him to be calmer next day ?

AMAZING tool for pandas. Huge improvements if done consistently. But you'll still need to treat the chronic infections...
