Its a book on effective discipline.
Google it. it is a very well known book.
I use it with my kids who need to stop a behavior right now. or to help them regulate.
there are many parts parts to the book, you can take from it what you feel will be helpful in your situation.
I do not use the program with all my kids. cause they dont all need it.
