Sorry couldn’t find a better forum/topic
My 5 year old dd has a deep side part that just refuses to be parted in the middle or pulled backwards, it has always been like this since she was a baby. When I try to make her a pony, the hair just won’t be pulled backwards without a lot of bumps or front hairs flying away, If I make her a half pony the hair always comes out as she still has a lot of baby hairs and it just ends up looking messy. I can’t maintain bangs so that won’t work. Curious if anyone has any ideas for a daily hair style that would work with a side part?

My 5 yr old also has a natural side part . She wears headbands a lot , with ponies.
Lately she asks me to do braids on each side of the part and I bring them together in the back , in a half pony
We also do pulling the hair back on both sides of the past with little bow clips etc .
