Yes this. If she reached out to find out what time works for you then it’s on her to call you.

Don’t put your life on hold waiting. If she doesn’t call after a half hour then send her a text asking if she’s still planning to call.

I would just call. Why wait? It's not your responsibility to wait for her if you can call her. It may not be your responsibility to call her, but you don't have to wait for her to call you either. Whatever is more convenient for you is fine.

I don’t know her.
The only thing I know is that she asked before calling me so maybe she’s the type who wouldn’t appreciate if I just called her? I’m probably way overthinking this.

Being that she probably wants something from you she should be calling you.
You can call her if you feel like it but the obligation isn't in you. If she needs you she knows where to reach you.
