I’m looking for something I can wear under makeup. Something that keeps the skin smooth. I don’t have wrinkles yet- not even on the sides of my eyes but I feel like it’s about to happen. I’m already using regular moisturizer. I think I need to use something that specifically prevents wrinkles.

Dr. OR anti-ageing cream - bought in Israel.
Just started using it very recently (like 1 week) - so can't speak for it's results yet!

In my 30s, I used chanels skincare line. Moisturizer and blue serum around the eyes. Now, in my 40s, I added a clinique anti wrinkle serum that I put on twice a day. I've noticed a difference after 3 weeks but I have heavy laugh lines around my eyes and mouth. The lines are less pronounced. The serum comes in daily use and overnight cream. I use the overnight cream and the daily serum for mornings. Then I add my chanel moisturizer and don't usually wear makeup but if I do, I add a preconcealer from IL Makiage and then concealer over that. Lasts all day and doesn't cake or anything. Sealed with chanel face powder, done.

Castor oil. It is great for skin.
Just patch test it overnight first, little dab on inside of elbow. If you see redness, don't use it. But I have been using it on eyes, neck, hands, elbows, knees, feet, for years. You blot it with a tissue.
Use it at night.
Under makeup, it won't hurt you, but might look shiny.
Be really gentle when you touch the eye area. Don't stretch the skin.

Tretinoin is the only ingredient scientifically proven to work
Start with tretinoin 0.025 apply in the eve 2x weekly and SPF every morning
