That's why I always stick with coulda, woulda, and shoulda. Very Happy

You never learned this song? How else would you calculate ahead?

🎵

30 Days has September, April, June, & November
All the rest have 31
Except for February which has 28
And 29 in a leap year.

Are you British??

I always heard this song but was never taught it and can never remember which month is which.

How is it even a song??
Its not even a rhyme...

I cant even memorise it because it has no tune...

At the age of 28 I realized that parchment paper has a right way and wrong way of being placed in a cookie sheet pan, so I don't need to fight with the edges to curl downwards.

Reallt there is a right way and wrong way? Im going to check it out now. It’s so frustrating with the edges constantly turning up!

Except the last line was-
'All the rest have 31 except for February which has 28 or 29".

I don't know if there's a right or wrong way, but it just makes sense that if the edges curl up on way, flip it over and the edges will curl downwards. 😉

And thanks to Dr Middos, my 4-year-old has his little heart set on a time machine. I'm not sure how to explain that won't be his afikomen present.
(I have tried explaining that they don't exist, but he insists they do, because Dr Middos has one. Do you want to be the one to burst his bubble by telling him that Dr Middos doesn't exist either?)

My mom taught this to me (not British, lol!).
It's a chant.
Last line of our version goes...
Except for February which has 28, and in a leap year 29.

They’re corny jokes but that’s not sarcasm. He’s not saying one thing intending the opposite. (Agree sarcasm is never a good way to go)

Now, how do you pronounce the word 'semi'? I always say 'sem-ee', but in the last week I heard 2 people pronounce it 'sem-eye'. Am I wrong?

I grew up English speaking but in a chassidish boro park family and being a bookworm that had access to clean secular books, meant that I was exposed to nonjewish names from a young age but I never heard them being said out loud. I still think them wrong in my head even if I've learnt the proper pronunciation since then. Same for long English words.
