I'm celiac. For lunch, I will often save myself leftovers from the day before, like if I made salmon for supper, I'd make a bit extra to have for lunch the next day.
I also do things like making quinoa and then changing up what I put with it so it doesn't feel like the same. Like one day roasted veg, another day grilled chicken with veg.

Red cheese salad

Farmer cheese mixed with sour cream, white pepper, lots of paprika, could add garlic powder, or scallions, or red onions.

This feels like high cholesterol?

Depends what diet you follow.

Low carb diets, go high on healthy fat and proteins

I've proven for myself, with crazy high triglycerides, it got cut drastically by cutting carbs not cutting eggs, liver, etc.

Recently the siggi brand I think it’s one of the “healthier” ones. They have a plain flavor that obviously is the best but I’ve been getting also vanilla or coconut. Yup dark chocolate is better. The larger percentage the better. I don’t love it either but a small piece gives me a little boost during work when I want something sweet. Do you have Instagram? The chilli is Sarah lasrys vegetarian recipe she has on her page. If you don’t have I’ll screen shot.

If you don’t mind sending a screenshot that would be great.
I’ll look for siggi next time I go shopping.

Stuffed portobello caps I buy, they put in sautéed peppers and mushrooms with melted cheese.

My triglicerides came back super high also (didn’t fast though so need to re check). How long did it take for it to lower with the low carb diet?
Any other low carb, protein meal ideas/recipes? Thanks!

Here’s another question: I have some anchovies that I want to use up before Pesach. What can I do with them?
