I’ve seen it spelled Leebi or Leeby. It’s a common enough nickname that there shouldn’t be trouble with it.

My friend spells it Leebee.
It's never been confused for Libby.

I've also seen Leebi spelled Libi which is phonetic and looks nicer IMO
