I'd be curious to hear your experience and perhaps start a support group thread.
I have a prescription for it but haven't started yet. Plan on starting right after pesach.

Yes, I am on it for around a year.
Be prepared for nausea, constipation especially day or two after you inject yourself. But otherwise I would highly recommend.
Slow and steady weight loss.
