DD is 3 next month. She has been to the toilet a couple of times before (before/after the bath) started toilet training her today she made once #1 in the toilet and had a #2 accident on the floor. It’s a HUGE struggle to put her on the toilet. She cries and I have to pick her up and put her on. She knows that she’ll get a treat etc and knows what she has to do. Could it be she isn’t ready? Or do I have to persevere.

She is not ready. I just had this and got the advice here not to make it into a power struggle. They have to want to do it on their own.

Why do you think she’s ready? What signs has she shown?
