I bought an expensive electric scooter for my son from a company called AOVOPRO. It has a 2 year warranty. The scooter broke after several months and they had me mail it in for repair, but they sent back an obviously different and "refurbished" scooter that has even more defects than the one we sent in. When I emailed them again, they kept sending me in circles and transferring to different agents, all completely ignoring the issue. And they just stopped responding completely to my emails. What recourse do I have now? Unfortunately it's been too long for me to dispute the credit card transaction. There is no further contact info on their website beyond the email address that I've been contacting.

Unfortunately they're a Chinese company, and BBB only deals with US & Canadian based companies

Call your credit card company and ask for help.
Officially you can dispute online for up to 6 months with most companies but if it's beyond that time frame and you call them they often will process a claim.
