Hi! I'd like to start Leto next week. I need to lose 100lb and even 40 or 50 would be nice. I am sick of this. I already eat very healthy and clean like the last 10 years.. Probably my metabolism is shot from the past I have occasionally done very low carb fro a few weeks and I lose weight and feel much more energy. I also love high fat healthy foods like meat and eggs. I think I will feel good on this if I figure out how to stay on it for at least a month at a time before taking a break and have an easy way of keeping track of things. I hate measuring and am very busy.
Is there an easy explanation of exactly what to do and an app to help with it? Id probably do the version where u can use fiber to subtract carbs so I have more options.
Can anyone help point me to an easy summary and an app?

Also I took 2 scoops of junp powder the first two weeks. It helps to avoid keto flu.

Has anyone used it for a whole and then increased carbs (with other healthy eating plans- not junk) and still kept weight off?
