Anyone know if there is a difference in baking cakes with sifted whole wheat flour vs. whole wheat flour that isn't sifted?
If there is a difference, and the recipe calls for 2 cups of flour, how many cups of sifted flour does that equal too?
TIA

I know that the flour is finer and softer and makes your baked goods fluffier, I don’t know the conversion.
