You could send the letter back to the company (find the head guy's name & direct it to him) & tell him you will get your attorney involved if you get anything else from them.
Having tried this method myself, it should work.

We got something similar when we first moved in. I can't remember if it was specifically addressed with our names or if it came to "new homeowner". Anyways it loked hadnwritten, but was printed on legal pad yellow paper. Same idea they wanted to continue services, we owed monet, etc. I got nervous with the first, but then we got it a few more times, as well as others from other places. I just ignored them, and eventually a few months later they stopped coming.
