I need to make the dough ahead of time for school to be used tomorrow and Wednesday (kids will be cutting and shaping the dough, then filling it). If I make the dough tonight do I freeze all of it, or just half to be used Wednesday and put the other half in the fridge? I have never frozen dough before...
Thanks in advance.

I would think that you can seal the dough in Ziplock bags, keep them in the fridge, and the dough should be good even 2 days later.

I second what ra mom said. Do not freeze it because 1. it will be fine in refrigerator for at least a few days and 2. You will not be able to use it if it is frozen solid. Good luck and happy baking!
