has anyone ever heard of this before? someone mentioned this site to me and I have no idea how to find out if it is a scam or not.
(I am anon because I am embarrassed that I do not know how to tell if it is a scam or not)

I don't know about this site in particular but I have been severely warned against schemes of this kind.
A good rule of thumb: you should never have to pay to get a job.
