My hubby brought these fish back from the shuk just now.

Any ideas what to do with them? I've never even seen either of them before!

(no gebroks, only peeled veggies)

Thanks

fresh fish is delicious all on its own. you can bake or broil, with a little lemon squeezed on top.

I should have mentioned that I want to cook them now and freeze, so need a recipe that will be good for that.

food is very forgiving I'm sure if the fish is fresh, it doesn't need much stuff on it.

Instead of cooking first then freezing, I'd fillet sea bass and freeze it first, defrost then cook. Season skin side with salt & pepper. Sautee chopped garlic in a bit of olive oil, add sea bass fillets skin side down first. After several minutes flip to cook the other side. Really good if you can add chopped tarragon first but feel free to skip.
