I just picked up a bee costume for my little one in Old Navy. Im excited because its cotton and doesnt have any weird hats or bulky parts. Yay!

I just saw this thread.
If you don't want to spend money and are in the Chicago area look in the Acheinu book. Malbushei Mordechai (run by Biranit Kohn) is a purim costume gemach.
If you either live out of Chicago (or for some reason want to pay money for a costume) EBAY!

I've had luck with ebay. Last year I got my toddler's purim costume on ebay for only $4. I also found a cute costume for him this year on ebay for $5.

My mom likes to shop the post-Halloween sales. This year DS#3 is going to be Tigger (each of my boys has worn this costume, so it was a good buy at $6)...and I'm trying to convince DSs #1&2 that they want Ima to make them matching clown outfits...
