has anyone tried the 30 day shred by jillian michaels. I bought the dvd a couple months ago & tried it a few times. I havent done it for a while & decided to try again. For those of you that have done it, do u do it on a steady basis, how often & have u seen results?

I did it; so did my sister.
We both saw great results in a short time. I lost nicely inches!
but do it at least 3 weeks to see a difference! every 10 days go up a level.
I did it every day besides motze shabbos.

its a great workout!

I just bought it on the recommendation from imamothers, but I don't have it yet. I can't wait! I plan on trying to do it 3 times a week.

I also like her latest workout, shred it with weights. I didnt do it long enough to say what results I get but I like the workout.

it was quite a while ago, so I dont remember, I dont think I lost alot since u have to diet! This DVD doesnt really make u lose weight on its own! Inches, yes.
