I guess since it isn't acceptable to serve breast milk (although muttar) we replace it with cow udder milk.

I always felt that Yoceheved having nursed Moshe Rabbeinu for two years meant more than nutrition - it means that she gave over to him everything she had, all her attitudes and beliefs and strength. With these gifts he went on to become our leader.
