I need to write Thank You notes to members of my community for making dinner for my family while my husband sat shiva. I would like it to be gracious but I do not want it to be somber. What should I write?

On the caring & chesed that had a profound effect
The dinner you sent our family was truly perfect
Its pple like you who we really respect!
