My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult

Have any of you read this book? I highly highly reccomend it. It's realy easy reading, not a very long book and extremely emotional. The ending is great. I cried and cried.

Excellent book.
I also loved PLAIN TRUTH, even better than MY SISTER'S KEEPER...thought the end hung together much better....anyone read that one?

Yeah, Plain Truth was also excellent.
I think that I've read all her books, except the one that came out recently.

Thanks for the recommendations. I saw her books on my book club's site and they got great reviews, but I never ordered them, so now I ordered the tenth circle and that new one 19 minutes(I think)

That was great, but I loved The Pact when I read it in High School. I thought The Tenth Circle was a bit too similar to many of the themes in her other books.

The Pact was great but not as well-developed IMO as her more recent work.

I just read it, it was very good. A little depressing though.

I really didn't like the way my sister's keeper ended. It was too ironic.
I think plain truth was her best book so far.

Is this the one with the child born with OI-- constantly breaking bones?

Nope - Breaking Point is her newest one - that's the one with Willow who as OI. I enjoyed it. [is it a spoiler, though, to say that the ENDING is ironically similar to My Sister's Keeper?]

The movie is called "My Sister's Keeper."

They changed the ending, though...with Jodi's permission.

Are these books clean? Any bedroom scenes? Bad language?
