We have a PC with Windows, besides for filters, is there any other way to block access to the internet, with a code perhaps? TIA.

You can create a separate 'Kids' account and you can set all the settings there.

Go to 'control panel'. Under the accounts section, click 'add or remove user accounts'. Then follow the info for setting up a new account. I just checked doing that on my computer and I even have an option for installing parental controls.
