I found how to get his Chevron tour, but I'd really like to go on his Old City tour. From what people here say, and what I've seen on YOu Tube he's amazing. Does anyone have his phone number or email address? TIA!

You can email the chevron fund people and they will let you know how to arrange the tour in Jerusalem as well.

So I emailed the chevron tours people, and this is what they said. PM me if you want the phone number and email address.

here are all the details of Rabbi Hochbaum's Jerusalem tour. It is his own
personal tour separate from the Hebron Fund (with separate payment); however
you are welcome to make a reservation through me.
Title of tour: U' re'eh b'tuv Yerushalayim
This is an 'off the beaten track tour' designed especially for people who
have already seen the basics. The tour includes 'sivuv hashearim' -
following the ancient custom to go around the gates of the Temple Mount. On
the way we cover: Southern Wall Excavations, Kidron Valley, Yad Avshalom,
Kever Zechariah, entering 'Muslim' Quarter via Lions' Gate, visit to various
yeshivot in 'Muslim' Quarter (Shuvu Banim, Ateret Cohanim, Talmidei HaGrah),
davening and singing at the Kotel HaKatan.
Tour takes place every Tuesday at 9:30 am until 1:15 p.m. We meet at the
Dung Gate.
Cost of tour - $40 per person. Family and group rates available.
Pre-registration required. Call Simcha
If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation - please do so within
48 hours of the tour - otherwise we will need to charge you the full price.
