So my poor 6yo dd is suffering from molloscum. Besides for the fact, that its very contagious, Dr. said there isn't much to do. Try this, try that but no guarantees and this can last for a number of years. I am looking for recommendations on treatment. I've searched online and it's quite confusing. Anyone with recommendations/suggestions, please chime in. TIA

3 of my kids had it. Leave it alone. Takes about one year to go away.

My 3 yr old has it as well. Its going on about 5 months, and is already improving. The Dr also told us to wait it out, that in 6-12 months most cases are resolved. The best thing you can do it try to keep the area covered when possible (long sleeves, pants/tights), not share bath towels, and have your child refrain from scratching.

My son has it. The dermatologist gave him bug juice treatment a few times which helped but the virus is still in his body.
Please don't let him bathe or swim with other kids, it's extremely contagious

Try zymaderm for molluscum........I've had three children who had this and tried this for one and it was gone within a month...The other two had it for over a year.
