I'm making a small gathering in my house. Similar to a vacht nacht or shalom Zachor. I want to hire an event planner (or maybe it's called something else?) to help with the plannin, tablecloths, and basic setup. Can anyone recommend an event planner and what the approximate cost of it will be.
