I heard this word (well, I don't know what the word actually is, just how it sounds to me) a while back and for some reason I thought of it today and how I still haven't found out what the word is. So bear with me, this is how I remember the word (words?) sounding and if I remember, the word was used in a negative way, if this helps.
The word sounds like: o(y?)f -ti-klaytet or maybe of-di-klaytet?
It may even be more than one word. Maybe oyf di ___? I have no clue I've tried searching I can't find anything that remotely resembles what I hear lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you remember the context in which you heard this word? A sentence?

Oifgeklert? As in a derogatory connotation for “enlightened”?

I don't think enlightened is a good definition for oifgaklert. If a girl is an "oifgaklerta" girl is she enlightened?? Not really.

It was something like a girl whose parents were BTs but the girl grew up in a non-frum home and after her parents became BT, they moved to a new place and the girl wasn’t really like the other girls in the family’s new community.

Maybe? I do know the first part of the word is oif but the rest of the word I tried my best to remember lol. Is the ge in this word pronounced as gee (like gee whiz!) or gee like the beginning of geese? Maybe the ti/di sound I remember is actually ge?

Sounds like oifgeklert which is as Maya explained above. Someone who is exposed to "more".

Ah, that makes sense! Not sure where I got my word from is the “Klert” part pronounced as it is or differently? More like klayrt?

That would depend on the person's accent.

Not entirely either. Cuz ofgelert is very often used in negative form versus open minded isn't.

Except in the expression “ so open-minded their brains fall out.”

When you oifgeklert on any frum girl, it means she's not naive and she knows more then her peers, and knows too much, it's a negative connotation.
