Dd has a cotton blue skirt. She lowered the hem and now there's a mark where the previous hem line was.
Is it possible to make this line invisible somehow?
Am I being clear about the issue?

Cotton skirts can only be hemmed once. There is no way to remove the hemline mark because after regular wash and wear the material in the headline gets thinner.
