Chicken with duck sauce in one pan, sliced potatoes tossed with a little oil and onion soup mix in the next one and frozen string beans tossed with salt and pepper in the third. I put the potatoes in an hour after the chicken and the string beans the last half hour.

Arroz Con Pollo with boxed rice (it's partially cooked already which is why this dish takes only an hour uncovered.)

You can use canned mushrooms, scallions and diced pepper and no need to saute first.
Pounded breaded chicken cutlets on cookie sheet 20 min at 400. Rice 35 minutes if using boiling water and white rice.
Dark chicken cutlets 25 min at 425 on a cookie sheet. Potato wedges 35 min.
Salmon and asparagus 18 minutes at 400.
