There was an Ob/Gyn who practiced in Monmouth County named Dr. Payne. My aunt used him and the name just stuck in my brain - also because this was a time when children weren't allowed to visit their mother and women actually stayed in the hospital a few days even for an uncomplicated vag*inal delivery.
My cousins and I were taken outside so my aunt could wave to us from her hospital room window.

There is a really sweet orthodox pediatrician in ezras choilem in Kiryas Joel. Her named dr. Donna d!ck.
I always felt a little sorry for people with that last name. But really in yiddish d!ck means "thick" pretty boring actually....

I know dr d!ck too. And he is a guy. And my daughter made an interesting comment. I think his first name is Itche. Or maybe she just said that. Not sure. But imagine if he goes by the name Itchy d!ck
