I'm not the type to give 'passionate' speeches about my decisions. I don't feel a need to give explanations either. If there was no clause in the contract I would simply say. "I won't be working here any longer as from this and this date." I would probably also thank for the stuff I've learnt. And unless I felt it would be taken on board, I wouldn't voice any grievances or issues I had. I don't believe in fixing the world.
