Why are my kreplach after cooking still dough inside?
What am I doing wrong?
Any tips what I might do wrong or how your process of making and cooking them is.

What kind of dough did you use? How long was it cooking for?
Did you bring the pot of water to a boil first?

Homemade dough. Recipe says cook 30min but I always have to cook longer because its not through.
And yes water was boiled first.

How thin do you roll the dough before you start? I find that the hardest part with these types of recipes.

THe wetter the dough when cooked, the better.
