S/O S/O S/O Is it safe to leave my toddler in the bath?

For close to an hour? He loves the water and when he's cranky yet it's still too early for bed, we bring out the bath toys and we have a great time together. Is it safe for his fingers and toes to get all water-shriveled or will it affect his skin health in the future?
