I have a pot of leftover plain macaroni that nobody seems to want. I'd love a way to reuse it. I would do mac and cheese but it needs to be parve. Any ideas? Regular tomato sauce doesn't tend to go over well.

Put it into a strainer and pour boiling water over it. You won't be able to tell that or wasn't just made.

There are parve cheeses
Also you can make a parve “cheesy sauce”
Make a roux - flour and oil
Pour a cup or 11/2 of parve milk
Add a 1/2 tsp of mustard
OPTIONAL is to also add 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

We use all leftover (really, often ‘planned-over’) pasta for kugel. Usually sweet (because the dd who makes it prefers sweet) but I’ve done ‘salt & pepper’ and onion kugels, too.

Tuna-pasta salad is a hit. Mix both with mayo, (any fresh veggies you’d like ie. sweet onion, Peppers, celery), and lots of spices, bl. Pepper, garlic, onion powder...)

Creamy macaroni salad with tiny dice veggies. Savory or more sweet versions.
Toss with olive oil, garlic, parsley s&p.
