The company I work for just told everyone that we are now receiving deferred pay (which means it's not lost, we'll be paid when finances improve.) It was either that or you're let go.
I chose to go with it which means I now need to call my mortgage company, credit cards, and car leasing companies tomorrow to defer payments because I now will not have enough money to make it through.
I have medical bills that take priority and am going to do whatever I can to not have to tell my kids school that I can't pay tuition. I'm super scared about Pesach spending now that there isn't even an option to go away.
Yes, we have savings but I need to ensure that it will last 3+ months.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any ideas for legitimate work from home opportunities?
