I am desperate. I don’t have time to read books that I bought on how to sleep train. My 7 year old comes in my room every night, even with incentives and all . My 1.5 year old wakes up few times a night and lately every time I lay him back down in the crib he pops up two min later. I just found out I’m pregnant , so I’m a little freaking out . I need sleep, I need my kids to sleep and I’m just so nervous. Please someone recommend a coach who has helped you. And if you can explain pricing and how it works. Please don’t recommend something that’s a workshop or book or that you hears is great... I need actual people who have used someone for their difficult sleepers and had success with least amount of tears. Thank you so much

I haven't used her for consultation, but I have listened to her podcasts, read her book and am part of her facebook group. My baby has been successfully sleeping through the night since 5 months Smile She really knows everything about baby and kids sleep.

Second vote for precious little sleep. I haven’t used her as a consultant but I’m sure she would be great as all her other resources (book, Facebook group, etc) are.
