No way I would make a decision without all the updated information once the vaccine is actually available. So I'm not going to bother giving this any mental energy until then.

No. For many reasons. But mainly because I am not afraid of covid at all.

Will have all the politicians try it first.
If they survive, it’s safe.
If they don’t, the country is safe.

IF it is proven safe, I will get the vaccine.
I've already had an extremely severe case of Covid, and many months later I'm still dealing with the after affects. I'm genuinely worried that another round of it may kill me.
On the other hand, I have to be concerned about having an adverse reaction to the vaccine, and having that kill me instead.
It's a very difficult decision.

Seems like this should either be in vaccine forum or Covid forum.
But the answer is NO.

Then I wouldn’t see it and wouldn’t be able to crack the politician joke!

I am open to anything that would prevent another covid infection but there is no protocol at present to give it to Covid survivors and it has not been tested on people who have already had the virus. I guess that means that the answer is no.

No decision because you are not eligible.

Yes, because:
• I'm not so young
• seeing grandchildren will be less of a risk
• I see clients regularly as part of my work
• I have family members who are at increased risk of serious problems if they get sick

Interesting. What if someone never had a positive test or an antibody test but is positive they had? I feel like lots of people are in that category.

You can’t get it if you’ve had COVID?

I was just reading an article about this. That the vaccine was not tested on anyone dealing with side affects from COVID and who knows what a vaccine will do.
I feel for you. I'm pregnant and will not even consider it. I'm due June but even after I don't know if it's safe for breastfeeding mama's as well. It hasn't either been tested on women breastfeeding or pregnant.
If everyone else gets the vaccine hopefully the risk of getting COVID will be low. And although I'll still take precautions I won't have to be as scared of getting COVID while pregnant and breastfeeding. So that's the upside.
