I’m looking for an easy recipe for a hot drink to serve at the end of a Chanukah gathering. Something simple to prepare. I remember reading a recipe that used a a store bought apple cider as its base.

Thanks - not crazy about rum (and rather not have to buy it).
Can I sub with something else?

Last year, I bought a box of kosher instant hot cider packets that were pretty good. Unfortunately, I don't remember the brand.
